Sport-Specific Training
Do you participate in a recreational sport? Are you a Runner, Swimmer, or Cyclist? Do you participate in a racket sport, court or field sport, or golf? How about Obstacle Course Races like Spartan or Tough Mudder? I offer sport-specific training to improve performance in your sport of choice.

Group Fitness
Grab some friends and join me for a High-Intensity Interval-Training style group fitness session. Typically 60 minutes involving a light general warm-up, high-intensity whole body training, and a cool down at the end. It's a great way to build strength while boosting your metabolism. Minimum 3 Required.
